What will you do?
You maintain and further develop the Alumni Office and Business Relations Database(s) by adding and updating information. You run queries from the database(s), of which you are a key user, and you provide analysis to be used for reporting purposes and policymaking. You have a basic understanding of CRM systems. You are responsible for testing new functionalities in MSDynamics.
You maintain contact with our alumni and business relations and answer questions, provide information as well as process LinkedIn requests.
You are also responsible for day-to-day tasks, such as ordering supplies for CSDBR, scheduling meetings, maintaining office manuals, ordering catering, making room reservations and supporting the Director of the centre.
You also assist the Director of the centre in financial matters such as cash advances, declarations and periodic budget reporting.
Once every other month you act as secretary of the ELC (external liaison committee).
Fixed-term contract: Temporarily for 1 year with the possibility of extension.

The gross monthly salary mentioned is based on a fulltime appointment. The salary will depend on your education, qualifications and relevant working experience, based on salary scale 6 of the CAO NU (UFO profile Administrative Assistant 1). This implies a gross monthly salary between € 2.310 and € 2.900 per month (based on a fulltime appointment). Each year the standard salary is supplemented with a holiday allowance of 8% and an end-of-year bonus of 8.3%.
