Your main tasks are
The financial administrative officer works closely with the project controller. The Financial administrative officer supports project leaders in their accountability for internally and externally funded projects and performs activities related to the progress and monitoring/control of these projects, such as preparing project budgets and project monitoring/controlling.
You must have:
You are result-oriented and proactive, process- and customer-oriented and you are used to working within deadlines. In addition, you are solution-oriented and have strong analytical skills. The competencies organisational sensitivity and accuracy are also important.
Experience with building reports is an advantage.
An internationally oriented and varied job in an enthusiastic team, with good working conditions in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Dutch Universities (CAO NU).
The position is for 0.8 FTE. The salary is dependent on your experience and knowledge and ranges from a minimum of €2.710 to a maximum of €3.619 gross per month on a fulltime basis, in accordance with scale 8 of the CAO-NU. In addition, we offer an 8% holiday allowance, an end-of-year payment of 8.3%, and a very generous paid leave scheme. The Erasmus School of History, Culture and Communication (ESHCC) is part of Erasmus University Rotterdam. The school has three departments: History, Arts and Culture and Media & Communication. There are approximately 2500 students and over 220 employees.
ESHCC offers high quality education, based on scientific research, at the intersection of the Humanities and Social Sciences.
