In addition, you will also lead / coordinate the RDNL communication working group, where, in collaboration with others, you will oversee the organisation of the RDNL/National Programme Open Science FAIR Data Prize event in the Autumn of 2022.

4TU.ResearchData is a small, enthusiastic and dedicated team. You will work closely with all team members and see a lot of opportunities to take the lead on tasks and to stimulate your own growth and development.

Your main task is to lead and oversee communications activities of 4TU.ResearchData. In particular, you will:

  • Produce communications copies such as articles, reports, yearly highlights
  • Oversee 4TU.ResearchData’s social media presence, such as Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Maintain branding, style and manage content of various web platforms: our corporate website & Community Platform (in collaboration with the Community Manager), the RDNL website.
  • Prepare and deliver promotional campaigns, including social media campaigns
  • Coordinate and execute complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Advise 4TU.ResearchData on strategic communication
  • Act as day to day supervisor of two student assistants who help you with your work (Web Editor and Events Coordinator) managing website content and creating and promoting (virtual and live) events.
  • Liaise regularly and align on communication strategies with communications advisor from 4TU.ResearchData partner institutions
  • Lead the activities of the RDNL Communications Working Group and oversee the organisation of the RDNL/NPOS FAIR Data Event
