As a deep learning engineer at MRIguidance you will apply the newest deep learning methods on unique 3D medical imaging data of real patients, to develop algorithms that aid doctors and patients in hospitals worldwide.

Job description

What you tell at birthdays about yourjob

“The company I work for prevents cancer in patients that need to undergo a bone scan. Nowadays, if someone needs a bone scan, radiologists use an x-ray based CT scan which exposes the patient to harmful radiation. The BoneMRI technique we developed is a radiation-free alternative that provides both bone and soft tissue information using only one machine and one exam. This reduces patients' burden, and saves time and money for hospitals. My job is to develop the algorithms behind this innovative technique, making sure that our products keep improving and can be used in hospitals all around the world.”

What you actually will be doing

You are an innovative thinker and will be working in the intersection of medical image analysis and software development of deep learning methods and algorithms, applied to real patient data. You like to learn new things, share this knowledge in the team and get things done. With the team, you will integrate deep learning solutions into our products. Your results will boost our technology and help us to achieve high quality, clinical grade products. Your solutions will be used in clinical patient examinations. You will use agile and scrum methods and work in a vibrant entrepreneurial team of image scientists and developers.
