Job description

The candidate will help with teaching of general EU law, in Dutch and English, primarily in the faculty's bachelor programmes. The range of courses that the department offers is wide, covering many different aspects of EU law, and if they have a particular interests, we will try to give them the opportunities to teach within these interests as well. They will also help other members of staff with co-ordination and management tasks. They will be encouraged to spend some time writing research articles alongside their teaching.

Conditions of employment

Fixed-term contract: 2 years.

A challenging position in a socially involved organization. On full-time basis the remuneration amounts to a minimum gross monthly salary of €2.846 (scale 10)
and a maximum €4,490 (scale 10), depending on your education and experience. The job profile: is based on the university job ranking system and is vacant for at least 0.8 FTE.

The initial employment contract will affect a period of 2 years.

Faculty of Law
The Faculty of Law provides bachelor's degree programmes in three main fields: Law, Notarial law and Criminology. The department of TLS consists of about 25 staff working within the field of public international law, EU law and internet and technology law.
