The Department of Organisation, Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the School of Business and Economics of Maastricht University, is looking for an ambitious Lecturer in Entrepreneurship who is passionate about teaching. As a lecturer you will have a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities in the realm of teaching. These include the execution, development and coordination of courses in the curriculum of the department, tutoring of student groups, grading of exercises and examinations, and thesis supervision. The job offers involvement in different courses on a regular basis, therefore flexibility and self-reliance are highly appreciated.

You have:

• A masters or PhD degree;
• A background in entrepreneurship, small businesses management, social/environmental entrepreneurship, and/or tech/digital entrepreneurship;
• A powerful drive to further your career and the success of Maastricht University in your role as a lecturer;
• A passion for working in a collaborative learning environment;
• Demonstrated experience in teaching and the ambition to make a positive impact on the students of SBE;
• Experience with the Problem Based Learning approach of Maastricht University is valued, but not a prerequisite
• Fluent English language skills, both orally and in writing.

Fixed-term contract: A temporary contract of two years, with the possibility of extension.
