Job description

In this role you are going to support your colleagues of the chairgroup Horticulture & Product Physiology (HPP) in many different ways on a daily basis.

As Office and Management Assistant you will be part of our recently formed office and management team, which currently consists of two members (education coordinator and project administrator). Due to the temporary absence of a third member, we are currently looking for a replacement (7 – 12 months). In your role, you will be in touch with our chairholder, colleagues, students and external partners for support in various areas, such as financial and administrative matters. Furthermore, you will:
  • support the Office Management Team and chairholder with various tasks
  • take over financial matters, such as invoicing and declarations
  • perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling and coordinating meetings, taking minutes, organizing venues, mailing etc.

In addition to these first-rate employee benefits, you will of course receive a good salary. Depending on your experience, we offer a competitive gross salary of between € 2402,- and € 3336,- for a full-time working week of 38 hours, in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreements for Dutch Universities (CAO-NU) (scale 6-7). A contract for 20-28 hours can be discussed. We offer you a temporarily contract for the period of 7 - 12 months.
