Tasks
1. Administrative assistant and support in programme management;
2. Weekly/biweekly meetings with programme director to set up the agenda;
3. Engage and communicate with master students, course coordinators, and staff via email and in person;
4. Document search and document analysis.
5. Collection and analysis of programme data.
Fluent in English and Dutch (preferable);
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel;
Experience with EleUM (blackboard);
Management skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team, and with instructors;
Affinity with public policy relevant issues;
MA or MSc in social sciences;
Relevant previous work experience, including e.g. experience with management of events, conferences, training and/or workshops for public bodies and/or international organisations or coordination of higher educational projects.
Fixed-term contract: 1 year.
