The department of Organization and Strategy at the School of Business and Economics, Maastricht University, is looking for full time doctoral researchers (Ph.D., students) starting in September 2019. The department has a broad research agenda spanning the areas of Industrial Organization and Entrepreneurship, International Business and Strategic Management, Organizational Theory and Behavior as well as the interrelationships between these disciplines.

The department of Organization and Strategy is a leading, international and dynamic scientific environment with a pleasant and constructive working atmosphere. The quality of the department as well as the School is, amongst others, reflected by the Triple Crown accreditation by EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA.
Candidates are expected to enter the doctoral program of the Graduate School of Business and Economics (GSBE) at Maastricht University and to deliver a doctoral dissertation within three or four years, depending on having finished a 2-years research master of a 1-year master in Organization, Strategy, Empirical IO, Entrepreneurship, Economics or Empirical Business Econometrics.
You preferably hold a research master’s degree and are able to show excellent (‘honours’-level) results in prior studies, quantitative skills, and fluency in both spoken and written English. Moreover, you share our ambition to conduct high quality research with academic and societal impact.
Fixed-term contract: maximum 4 years.
