Terms of employment and career
The LUMC is part of the collective labor agreement of the University Medical Centers (UMC). We offer very favorable working terms and conditions. For instance, you will receive an 8% holiday allowance, an 8.3% end-of-year benefit and a pension arrangement of the ABP in which the LUMC pays 70% of the pension premium.
