Job description

You will join a team of 5 motivated marketeers keen to go the extra mile to become the best entrepreneurial community in Rotterdam and beyond. You will report into the Marketing & Communications Lead. If you dare to dream big like us, Erasmus Enterprise is the place for you.
What you will be doing in this role

  • Setting up B2C and B2B paid campaigns across various platforms (Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), from creation to analysis.
  • Crafting engaging landing pages, optimizing for conversions and multilingual setups (NL & EN).
  • Implementing customer journey conversions, setting up emails.
  • Assisting in (direct) email and offline promotion.
  • Leading SEO initiatives, conducting keyword research and enhancing content for higher search rankings and user satisfaction.
  • Furthermore, You Will Ensure Comprehensive Reporting And Project Success, by leading analytics expertise for ongoing campaigns across all channels.

Requirements

Job requirements:

  • You are available for at least 32 hours a week.
  • You have 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in growth marketing, specifically focused on paid advertising and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Starters on the job market are also welcomed to apply.
  • You have adeptness in data analysis and reporting, showcasing advanced skills in Excel.
  • A completed education at HBO level (preferably in a commercial direction)
  • You have excellent oral and written presentation skills in English and Dutch.
  • You are precise, flexible and stress resistant.
  • You are commercially strong and have good numerical insight.
  • You are binding and enterprising, with the ability to switch easily between different environments.
  • You are driven - You are committed to creating strong results and you like to deliver.
  • You are open-minded and spontaneous.
  • You have a 'can do' attitude, enthusiasm for challenges and a strong work ethic.

Conditions of employment

Fixed-term contract: one year, with the possibility of a longer-term contract if you show that you fit in well with our team.
