You have a PhD in a field related to digital marketing and/or design & technology, e.g., marketing communication, consumer psychology, or industrial design. You have affinity with technological innovations and trends. Your research interest covers areas such as social media, big data, app & website design, design for behavior change, consumer psychology, and branding. Additionally, you feel at home with one or more of our BMS faculty themes, including health, learning, resilience, and emergent technologies. You are an excellent teacher. You have a good track record in research, reflected in high-quality publications. You have experience in the acquisition of funding. We expect that you will be able to set up and maintain a network within the academic world and with relevant external stakeholders such as companies and tech developers. You have a (near-)native mastery of the English language. Candidates are required to obtain University Teaching Qualification (UTQ).

The Faculty of Behavioural, Management and Social sciences (BMS) strives to play a pivotal role in understanding, co-engineering and evaluating innovation in society. Through 'social engineering' these technological advances are embedded in society befitting human needs and behaviour, within proper public and private management and business structures.
