Job description

Our team studies novel therapeutic modalities in colorectal cancer (CRC) as well as the pathways that dictate tumor formation and metastasis.

About your role
  • Your work involves the use of patient derived organoid cultures, mouse organoid models derived from GEMM and the in vivo models themselves to study the metastatic process and therapeutic modalities.
  • Using standard molecular techniques you will modify tumor models to validate mechanisms of resistance and metastasis.
