Initially you will focus on challenges in the domains of flow cytometry and imaging. Specific tasks include:
  • Develop specific imaging, flow cytometry and omics core facility procedures for FAIR data management.
  • Develop local data and metadata storage resources and FAIR management solutions, based on community standards, established CF best practices and RDM compliance.
  • Exchange knowledge and experience with local and central data stewards, as well as with national data stewards working at core facilities of other UMCs.
  • Work with the researchers and core facility operators to make datasets “AI-ready”, also enable integration of data sets from different CFs for (AI-driven) data analysis.
