Judith Austin - contest winner

Judith Austin is a third-year PhD Candidate at the University of Twente, at the intersection of positive psychology, health psychology and eHealth and design. Her research focuses on how (self-)compassion can contribute to the wellbeing of people (with cancer), using compassionate technology. After completing a master in medical psychology, Judith worked in various positions as a junior researcher and research assistant before her interest in compassion and multidisciplinary work led her to this PhD project.
