Due to the departure of the current manager, we are looking for a new program manager International Business. In this role, you are responsible for the individual as well as the team professionalisation of the International Business team. You are also responsible for the (development of the) content of the International Business curriculum. Making connections with researchers and with lifelong learning activities within Windesheim University of Applied Sciences will also be an important part of your job.

More specifically, as a program manager International Business your main activities will be:

  • Leading and empowering the International Business team in a connecting and inspiring way.
  • Establishing development and innovation of the curriculum, in line with the university’s mission and educational strategy.
  • Building, maintaining and stimulating relationships with regional, national and international partners.
  • Managing planning and logistic processes according to financial and human resources.
  • Teaching in the program.

Conditions of employment

In addition, you can expect (based on 40 hours per week):

  • A gross salary in the range of € 5.401,60 - € 6.579,22 (salary scale 13 cao hbo).
  • An employment contract for 24 months, with prospects for an open-ended contract.
  • 53 days’ holiday per year.
  • 8% holiday allowance.
  • 8.3% year-end bonus.
