  1. Letter of motivation, including research area/topics of interest. Please address your letter to the Department of Accounting.
  1. Curriculum vitae.
  2. Official copy of your university degree and grades (full transcripts of BSc and MSc).
  3. A pdf copy of your master thesis or other research-oriented output (such as a Bachelor Thesis or a term paper).  This work must be single- or first-authored.  If you are currently working on your master thesis, feel free to submit your thesis draft.
  4. The exact contact details of at least two academic references.
  5. Proof of proficiency in English, or a request for exemption (only for the list of countries specified above).
  6. If applicable, a recent GRE or GMAT score. 

We will review applications when received. Final letter selections will take place by January 31. We expect to hold the first selection interviews in late January and early February.

The selection committee consists of the full professors at the Department of Accounting.

You will ideally start working for Tilburg University on 1 September 2026.
