Job descriptionFor the Master of Science in Corporate Communication, we are looking for professional and service oriented Programme Manager for a temporary assignment of 6 months. This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional, active, and friendly team. You will report to the Associate Director of the programme.
The Programme Manager takes the leading role in the coordination of the MCC programme, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the courses throughout the academic year. These include a mix of regular executive courses, webinars and customised in-company courses. The courses will take place either on campus, online, or offsite. Most courses are between one and four days long.
You will be expected to ensure that the executive courses are delivered with excellence and to be proactive in improving processes and procedures to enhance the student experience. You should have excellent communication skills and be customer service oriented. You are comfortable balancing multiple deadlines and prioritizing effectively. You are also committed to providing high quality support and smooth operational delivery of the courses.
Your daily activities and responsibilities include: - Serve as the first point of contact for faculty, students, team members, and other internal and external partners and stakeholders regarding the programme, other questions, issues, and/or concerns.
- Address and resolve issues as needed. Take the lead to independently coordinate activities for on-campus, online, or offsite courses. Duties include setting up online learning platform Canvas, preparation of each programme (ordering catering/books, booking hotels for faculty, preparation of lecturer contracts and preparation of class materials), instructor support, class set-up, being present during the course and post-class evaluation.
- Grade administration for Master’s students.
- Carry out routine administrative tasks to keep accurate and up-to-date records, including processing course applications, updating the CRM database, and managing e-mail and phone correspondence.
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure that the executive courses are delivered with excellence.
