In addition to these secondary benefits, we offer a market-based salary of €3,231 gross per month for a 36-hour workweek in line with scale 8 of the Wageningen Research CAO. After successfully completing the traineeship, you will move up to scale 9. A 32-hour contract is negotiable. You’ll receive a two-year
contract, which may be converted into a permanent contract based on mutual interest.
