We are looking for a Digital Marketing and Design coordinator who will help us further develop the Erasmus Enterprise community by helping to tell our stories through energetic content, sharp designs and cool and relevant podcasts and videos. You will be coordinating diverse online and offline content, and together with the MarCom Manager, you will make sure that everything looks the part. Next to this you will be part of the Erasmus Enterprise team. You will work on diverse projects together and support in further defining the community and supporting the overall strategy of Erasmus Enterprise.

Therefore, we are looking for a self-starter, with an entrepreneurial mindset, who is eager to learn and who likes to be part of this new movement at the EUR campus, and enjoys involving our community members and other internal (Erasmus University) and external stakeholders in our mission.

We are looking for someone who is communicative, works in a structured way, and is a creative star. You have an open personality and you like to communicate effectively online via our site and socials. You enjoy multi-tasking, creating and sharing our Erasmus Enterprise community stories to stakeholders and help visitors to navigate digitally to our community experts. You bring a positive atmosphere and a welcoming feeling to online visitors of our corporate home. You understand digital marketing, design, video and the power of storytelling, and are keen to apply these in an academic environment.

•         You have a completed relevant degree (or are almost graduating);

•         You understand that creativity needs structured processes to shine;

•         You are approachable, proactive and have effective communication skills. You know how to involve and energize people;

•         You know how to do Digital Marketing, Design and Video editing;

•         You understand the inner workings of social media;

•         You are fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing;

•         You know how to work with MS Office, WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud;

•         An advantage: you have experience with journalism or creating vlogs;

•         An advantage: you have experience with internal or external communication;

•         An advantage: you have affinity with entrepreneurship, innovation or have worked at an incubator, startup community or startup facilitator.

In your capacity as Digital Marketing and Design coordinator you are online one of the first points of contact for our stakeholders and therefore represent our organization and community to our current and potential customers and partners. You are proud of our community and like to share this energy with everyone. Through your creative, proactive attitude, and by solution thinking, you understand how to elevate the team efforts.

You develop and organize content related to our community and events by understanding our community, our brand and marketing and communications strategy and how to target our diverse stakeholder groups. You know how to realize all marketing efforts by building relationships with stakeholders to make our events and activities and services as successful and impactful as possible.

Through your creative skills and within your capacity you create the necessary marketing and design foundation that allows our community to thrive.

Erasmus Enterprise

Erasmus Enterprise is a recently established organization within the EUR on a mission to inspire and support entrepreneurs to transform their innovative startup ideas into successful business ventures. We believe that entrepreneurship creates a positive societal impact by driving innovation. Our community and ecosystem help startups and scaleups to create an impact and bring them to the next level on their entrepreneurial journey. Erasmus Enterprise has three subsidiaries: Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship (ECE), Erasmus Research and Business Support (ERBS) and YES!Delft. By partnering with investment fund UNIIQ, and actively engaging with our alumni investors directly, and through the Graduate Entrepreneur Fund, we extend our regional investment network to all members of our community. The multi-faceted expertise of our in-house experts spans from idea validation to incubation, as well as funding, making our community the ideal ecosystem to nurture entrepreneurial journeys.
