Job description

This is what you’ll be doing 
I provide the ingredients for the psychological assessment tools we create and take care of the scientific basis that ensures their validity and reliability. On top of that, I develop algorithms and manage normative data.

This is who you are 
You’re an ambitious recent graduate or a driven professional looking for the next step in your career. You’re a specialist when it comes to assessment development and data analysis. You want to grow as a data scientist. You have a touch with computers and are able to edit and analyse complex data. You’re capable of working independently and are brimming with ideas for new assessment tools.

As our new Data scientist…:

  • You’ll develop new measurement instruments for our assessments.
  • You’ll decide, together with your team, which tests and assessments GoodHabitz will be creating.
  • You test the reliability and validity of new measurement instruments.
  • You’re aware of the latest technical developments and trends in the field.
  • You’re responsible for managing normative data.
  • You develop algorithms for analyses, visualisations, apps and reports .
  • You design new ways to present data in assessment reports.
  • You know how to inspire your team with creative solutions and original ideas.

Requirements

You are perfect for this job because

  • You’re fluent in English and Dutch.
  • You have a degree in Psychology, (Behavioural) Data Science, Methodology & Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • You have experience with psychometrics.
  • You’re familiar with R and/or Python.
  • You’re into programming, data, and statistics.

You have an edge if you have experience in updating normative data, managing databases, creating assessment tools complying with COTAN guidelines or if you’ve worked for an assessment company or university before.
