Job description

We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher trained in Work & Organisational Psychology, to work on the BrightSky project around robot-assisted workprocesses. You will use experience sampling techniques to track work engagement of employees that work in inspection & repair of aircraft parts, and assist our team with insights on interventions to improve worker productivity and wellbeing (such as playful work design). Based on these techniques you will work in a transdisciplinary team to determine what parts of the workprocess should be targeted for robotic assistance, and help assess the impact of robot prototypes and other interventions.

Conditions of employment

Salary and benefits are in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities (salary indication: € 3.561 - € 4.490 per month gross). The TU Delft offers a customisable compensation package, a discount on health insurance and sport memberships, and a monthly work costs contribution. Flexible work schedules can be arranged.

For international applicants we offer the Coming to Delft Service and Partner Career Advice to assist you with your relocation. An International Children's Centre offers childcare and there is an international primary school.

This position is a temporary assignment for 18 months.
