You assist in requests to the Examination Board or Personal Circumstances Committee's for deviations in their program. In case of personal problems, you act as a confidential advisor of the student, you refer to student psychologists and student deans if this is needed. Meetings and e-mails with international students will be conducted in English. Furthermore, you translate signals from students about the study into recommendations to the programme management. You also participate in (setting up) information meetings and Open Days.
