Job description
In this position you:
Are responsible for organizing the Programme of quality and innovation (both for public and private investments)
Closely partner with RSM’s Dean of education and relevant Academic and Executive educational programme directors
Create programme and project planning(s) and monitor and drive progress
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Manage communication on programme and project progress
Facilitate steering group meetings and manage stakeholders (e.g., programme committees, faculty council, executive board)
Optimize added value of in-house experts like those in the business control, learning innovation, accreditation and education quality assurance teams
Ideally, you:
have a relevant academic degree
have ample experience with project management and/or program management (for example MSP or Prince2)
have good organisation and planning skills
have affinity with the field of education
are fluent in English and Dutch
have excellent communication and people skills
are a team player
are independent, pro-active and eager to learn
have experience in an academic environment
RSM has attractive employment conditions, which include a holiday allowance of 8 per cent, an end-of-year bonus of 8.3 per cent, and a generous number of vacation days. We also offer ample opportunities for personal and professional development. Salary is subject to training and experience and may vary from a minimum of €60K to €80K per annum (CAO NU scale 12), based on a full-time contract of 38 hours.
