Job description

In this position you:

• Are responsible for organizing the Programme of quality and innovation (both for public and private investments)

• Closely partner with RSM’s Dean of education and relevant Academic and Executive educational programme directors

• Create programme and project planning(s) and monitor and drive progress

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Manage communication on programme and project progress

• Facilitate steering group meetings and manage stakeholders (e.g., programme committees, faculty council, executive board)

Optimize added value of in-house experts like those in the business control, learning innovation, accreditation and education quality assurance teams

Ideally, you:

• have a relevant academic degree

• have ample experience with project management and/or program management (for example MSP or Prince2)

• have good organisation and planning skills

• have affinity with the field of education

• are fluent in English and Dutch

• have excellent communication and people skills

• are a team player

• are independent, pro-active and eager to learn

• have experience in an academic environment

RSM has attractive employment conditions, which include a holiday allowance of 8 per cent, an end-of-year bonus of 8.3 per cent, and a generous number of vacation days. We also offer ample opportunities for personal and professional development. Salary is subject to training and experience and may vary from a minimum of €60K to €80K per annum (CAO NU scale 12), based on a full-time contract of 38 hours.
