Maastricht University is looking for a new Student Initiative Helpdesk coordinator to support new and existing student initiatives with new ideas and the development of their organisations. Are you passionate about helping others and know your way around Maastricht and its student landscape? Then the Student Service Centre (SSC) is looking for you as of September 2022.

In support of projects such as Match, Kaleido, mymaastricht, as well as the Student Project Team (SPT) you will become the gatekeeper for questions of the boards and leaders of Maastricht’s student organisations. Your main goal will be to guide and advise associations with their questions, while managing a knowledge database with relevant information on starting and maintaining a student organisation in Maastricht.
By organising multiple workshops and network events throughout the academic year, you will support and connect various initiatives. Alongside, it is your task to oversee and improve student organisation-related policies within UM. The effective collaboration with other departments is thereby an essential element of your work.

The SSC helps students with a wide range of issues related to studying and student life.
