To reach this ambition, the new roadmap for 2024-2027 has been adopted. Are you the result driven programme manager that will be in charge of this process?

Wat ga je doen?
You will be in charge of:
  • writing and monitoring the roadmap and the annual plan;
  • initiating, defining, and integrating complex educational processes, alongside IT, HR, communication, and finance, across the four institutes;
  • implementing the educational programme by coaching project leaders and the educational support team;
  • reporting to the Director of EWUU education and the steering committee, making operational decisions, and executing strategic decisions made by the Director of EWUU education and the steering committee;
  • working with the Director of EWUU education and the programme support team to reach the points mentioned.

The tasks connected to these responsibilities are:
  • formulating suggestions for the Director of EWUU education and the Steering committee to consider;
  • executing the plan and schedule of the roadmap;
  • overseeing the budget execution by each EWUU alliance partner.

You are one of the driving forces of the organisation. This means that you initiate, execute, monitor, and deliver projects within the scope of alliance education. You draw up project plans that collectively form part of a programme plan aligned with the ideas and preferences of all four institutions and the alliance as a whole. These plans and the progress of them are to be reported to the Director of EWUU education and the steering committee. You also establish project organisation and you guide/coach project staff to achieve the formulated project and programme objectives within the parameters of cost, quality, time, organisation, and communication. Lastly, you involve alliance working groups, align support organisations of the alliance institutes and other stakeholders, keep them informed of project progress, provide relevant information, answer questions, and seek feedback.

  • excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English and preferably also in Dutch;
  • the ability to work independently;
  • you are result-oriented with an eye on the strategic goals and you can deal with changes professionally.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • a position (0.8 FTE) for one year, with possibility of conversion to a permanent contract;
