Application procedure

We warmly invite you to submit your application on 25 February 2026 at the latest; applications can be submitted online only.

Please address your application to Inge Graef and include the following documents:

• A motivation letter explaining your affinity with one or more of Tilburg Law School’s research programs within themes such as artificial intelligence, vulnerability of citizens, and/or a resilient rule of law.
• A curriculum vitae.
• Copies of your university diplomas.
• Contact details of at least two referees (including name, telephone number, and email address). Referees will only be contacted for candidates who proceed to the second selection round.

The letter selection is scheduled for 2 March; you will be informed shortly thereafter. The first round of interviews will take place on 13 March. These interviews will be held in person, and candidates are therefore expected to be present on site in Tilburg. A possible second interview will take place on 27 March.
