RSM BV is looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on marketing manager. You will be responsible for monitoring the implementation and optimisation all marketing efforts for RSM’s Open and Customised Programmes. Job description
The marketing team is responsible for attracting and nurturing potential participants for our short executive courses, and corporate clients for our customised educational solutions. This is done by incorporating a commercial mindset and the best practices on branding and content creation throughout our marketing funnel across all (online) channels.

As Marketing Manager:

• You execute and coordinate communications activities within Executive Education and across various departments
• You are responsible for guiding the Marketing Officers in their day-to-day activities
• You'll work closely with your colleagues from the sales and programme

Your daily activities and responsibilities include:

• Shape and optimise performance of marketing campaigns on online and offline channels.
• Work data-driven and collaborate with our digital agency to steer the optimisation and execution of an optimal online customer journey.
• Develop and monitor project plans, defining roles and responsibilities and following up with responsible people within and outside of RSM
• Is responsible for day-to-day management of marketing officers to make sure all marketing activities are executed in time and according to the quality standards
• Coordinate on all other marketing support and promotional items, also with Programme Managers and Client Engagement teams, as needed
• Assist in writing the marketing plan and year planning for Open and Customised Programmes
• Actively collect marketing, customer and competition information
• Based on the market research, provide insights for the development of (new) business opportunities for Open and Customised Programmes
• Create marketing materials and content through coordination between (internal) clients and third parties, such as copywriters, agencies, studios, and printers.
• Make sure that our house style is maintained in all our marketing collateral.
• Promote the personal and professional development of team members

We need a skilled and motivated self-starter who can help shape our marketing strategy to increase our brand awareness, market share and conversion numbers.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have the following knowledge, expertise or skills.

• A Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum of five years' experience in a (digital) marketing position, minimum of one year management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and preferably Dutch (not required).
• You’re able to take in new information and learn quickly, you like to turn your ideas into action and are able to work independently.
• Strong detail orientation and organisational sensitivity.
• Ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proven track record of online marketing, campaign management and analytics (GA4, Meta, LinkedIn, SEA) and website optimisation (CRO, CX, A/B testing).
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CMS (Typo3), CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), email marketing (ClickDimensions).
• Project management and people management experience
