Job descriptionAs Sales Director Executive Education, you will be responsible for the
commercial performance of RSM BV’s open and customised programmes, in line with our 2025-2030 strategic objectives. You will lead and inspire our sales teams, ensuring RSM’s offerings meet the evolving needs of corporate clients and individual participants.
Your role is both strategic and operational – developing market strategies, building senior client relationships, and overseeing the full sales cycle from opportunity creation to deal closure. Together with the Associate Director Open/Customised Programmes, you will drive results across revenue, margin, client satisfaction, and programme quality.
You will report to the Director Commercial Operations, and work closely with the colleagues, faculty, and senior stakeholders across the organisation.
Your daily activities and responsibilities include: - Lead and develop the sales team for customised and open programmes, fostering a results-driven and client-focused culture
- Design and implement a proactive sales strategy to grow sustainable revenue streams and strengthen RSM’s position in the corporate market
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with corporate clients and partners, including active engagement with C-level executives
- Oversee major commercial negotiations and ensure high-quality proposals, contracts, and service agreements (SLA’s)
- Identify market trends and translate them into new offerings and business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with programme and academic teams to ensure commercial and educational objectives are aligned
- Be responsible for revenue, margin, rankings, and client satisfaction (NPS)
- Represent RSM at client events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance visibility and thought leadership
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
