Graphic & Web Designer (32 hours per week)

It’s never a dull moment at Erasmus Enterprise! Erasmus Enterprise is looking for a Graphic & Web Designer to join our team and boost our visual identity. Together with our marketing and events team, you’ll ensure that our community thrives both online and offline.

What you will do
At Erasmus Enterprise, you will combine design, web development and branding. Your main responsibilities include:

1. Graphic design

• Design and maintain branded assets for Erasmus Enterprise and our programs: NL Startup Competition, AI Pitch Competition, Erasmus University Challenge, and Talent for Transition;
• Develop print materials such as brochures, factsheets, posters and event visuals;
• Coordinate with suppliers for production specifications, proofs and delivery;
• Support PPT design and internal/external presentations;
• Ensure consistent branding across all visual communications.

2. Web Design & maintenance

• Manage and update websites (Erasmus Enterprise, AI Pitch Competition, NL Startup Competition) using WordPress and Elementor;
• Troubleshoot technical issues, such as PHP errors and plugin conflicts;
• Develop the new Erasmus Enterprise website, including UX journeys, A/B testing, and final delivery;
• Ensure brand alignment, accessibility and consistency across all websites.

3. Brand & identity management

• Maintain visual consistency across digital and print materials;
• Support other departments in the correct use of brand assets;
• ·Contribute to strategic communication and design decisions;
• Analyse metrics (Google Analytics) and translate insights into improvements;
• Generate ideas for new web and event experiences aligned with our brand.

4. Event & marketing support

• Provide on-site support during events for a seamless experience;
• Plan, design and deliver all assets needed for events and programs;
• Communicate with departments and partners to ensure expectations are aligned.

Who you are

• Creative and conceptually strong, with a keen eye for detail and consistency;
• Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset;
• Experienced in managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously;
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken);
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud, MS Office, WordPress and Elementor.

Your background

• MBO and/or HBO degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, web design and content production across multiple platforms;
• Strong branding, community and storytelling skills.

• A salary between €3.382,00 – €5.057,00 (scale 8–9, full-time) depending on your experience, based on the cao-NU;
