You will work within the Radboud Technology Center – Data Stewardship (
RTC-DS). This RTC is part of the Research team within the Information Management department. The RTC-DS consists of 14 professionals with various areas of expertise, including data stewards, application specialists, and data engineers/scientific programmers. Together, we facilitate the development, management, and support of central research applications and infrastructure related to Research Data Management (RDM). We are also jointly responsible for policy development in this domain. The data stewards form a sub-team that works closely together to implement FAIR RDM within Radboudumc and, with your contribution, also in the region.
On Fridays, you will also join the FAIR data steward team within the Medical BioSciences (MBS) department: an active group of data stewards focused on the reuse of data, tools, and services, translating the FAIR data principles into practice. The group contributes to various national and international initiatives in data sharing and FAIR data infrastructure development, such as Health-RI and the European Rare Disease Research Alliance (ERDERA).
