Do you want to shape the future of light and lighting education and inspire the next generation of engineers and designers? Join us in developing innovative engineering and design programs for students and professionals using a cutting-edge learning experience platform.

Information
We are looking for a visionary professional who will help redefine how light and lighting knowledge is shared—both with students and lifelong learners. Your mission: to create an engaging, future-proof learning experience that combines cutting-edge technology with the latest educational insights.

You will design innovative learning paths using a state-of-the-art Learning Experience Platform (LXP), ensuring personalized education for diverse learners. Support for the platform will be fully facilitated, so you can focus on creativity and impact.

You will be embedded in the Building Lighting Group and works in close collaboration with TU/e Innovation Space and educational experts. Together, we aim to transform light and lighting education into an interactive, inclusive, and globally relevant experience. Your work will not only advance academic excellence but also contribute to educating more lighting professionals and therefore aiming for a sustainable and well-lit built environment.

We offer a collaborative, forward-thinking academic environment with access to advanced educational tools and expert support.

  • A team player who enjoys collaborating with professionals in an interdisciplinary environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on schedule
  • Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English, combined with strong communication and leadership skills.

Conditions of employment
