A challenging position as a methodologist with team spirit in one of the most innovative statistical offices in Europe.
As a team manager at The Process Development and Methodology (BPM) sector, you lead one of the four teams within this sector. In this case, the Methodology team in The Hague. The team is approximately 20 FTEs and consists of highly educated professionals. As a team manager, you are responsible for the daily management of the work of your team and the realisation of the work plan of your team and the sector. Furthermore, you are continuously developing the team and always want to get the best out of your employees, coaching them in their development. You help determine the policy of the sector and thus contribute to the renewal of CBS. You keep a close eye on the outside world and maintain contacts with universities and other statistical bureaus.
Your profile:
Your gross salary is a maximum of € 6,543.69 per month (salary scale 14). The grading depends on knowledge and experience. In addition to a good salary based on 36 hours, holiday pay and a fixed end-of-year bonus of 8.33%, excellent pension plan with ABP, flexible working hours, annual leave and the possibility of compensatory leave, CAO à la carte, NS Business Card (1st class business trips), excellent study facilities scheme and various discounts (e.g. 10% discount on health insurance).
