Requirements

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic postdoctoral researcher, who:
- has a PhD or is close to completion in a field related to the project (e.g., Human-Animal Relations, Applied Social Psychology, Health Psychology, Epidemiology)
- has demonstrable affinity with animals
- has experience with or a demonstrable interest in collecting and analyzing longitudinal data, and is keen to increase their knowledge about these techniques
- has a quantitative background and demonstrable interest for data analysis
- has published in peer-reviewed outlets
- works well within a research team, is communicative and reliable.

Conditions of employment

Fixed-term contract: 12 months.

The University of Groningen offers a salary dependent on qualifications and work experience of € 3,475 gross per month up to a maximum of € 4,757 gross per month (salary scale 11 Dutch Universities) for a full-time position. The appointment is temporary for a period of 1 year at 0.8 FTE research time.

The starting date should be as soon as possible, and no later than September 2018.
