The interdepartmental research team Creative Economy is looking for a research explorer to set up a research track in the field of Transformative Practices.
What methods, practices and tools are effective in transformative collaboration across sectors? Human perspective: beyond the methods, the influence of human psychology in dynamics and application of methods and practices. Can methods, behaviour and technology be combined as guidelines in designing new collaborative tools and instruments?
This initial assignment should deliver the guidelines and plans for longer-term research that where the research explorer would/could play a nuclear role. This is particularly interesting for people who are looking for combining research work in the form of a PhD or a Post-Doc embedded with practice. Also, professionals from the Creative and Cultural Industries are welcome to apply.

Fixed-term contract: with the possibility to get an extension of the contract.
Salary scale : 12 - min. 4122,09 - max. 5301,29
