Job position
We are seeking an Assistant Director Alumni Relations who will manage a team of three Alumni Managers. The Assistant Director Alumni Relations will be responsible for the development and implementation of engagement services and activities including their own relationship management portfolio in support of RSM’s Alumni community and other supporters. Working closely with the Director Corporate & Alumni Relations, and programme leads for events, communications, and data management, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering a high quality engagement programme and volunteer management for a global alumni community of 36,000 and in support of the strategic priorities and mission of RSM. This role is based in Rotterdam and the Assistant Director reports to the Director Corporate & Alumni Relations.

The salary range for this specific position is € 4.300 - € 5.000 (scale 17) on a full-time basis. This will be decided based on your education and working experience. Part of the remuneration package is an end-of-year bonus. RSM BV also has excellent secondary benefits including a fully paid pension, and 25 vacation days plus 12 ADV days.
