The Careers Company aims to foster the employability of the students, with services like internships, business challenges, skills training and career advice.

The staff members of the department of Career Services and Corporate Relations work in their own task areas, but also together in multidisciplinary project teams.

As a Faculty, FEB has developed an international reputation in research and education and has grown over the past years in size to more than 6000 students and 520 staff members. Next to corporate engagement, internationalisation is also a focus area for the Faculty, so staff members communicate mainly in English and are aware of intercultural differences.
