Job description

Quantum computation is the man on the moon goal of the current second quantum revolution. How will we get there? Join us in our mission to turn everyday silicon into a quantum computing wonder material! To make this dream come true, we have partnered with the leading semiconductor industry aiming at high-volume manufacturing of Si qubits. The role of the post-doc in this project is to study the mobility-limiting mechanisms, valley splitting, and spin-orbit interaction in strained silicon/germanium quantum wells. This work contributes to enhancing Si qubit performance and sets the groundwork for developing Ge spin qubits.
