The Department of Organization Studies is seeking a lecturer for a fulltime position for a maximum of 3 years. The preferred start date is September 1st at the latest. In addition to research, the department is involved in teaching in the field of Organization Sciences. Members of the department teach in the following programs: Bachelor Organization Studies, Master Organization Studies, Bachelor Global Management of Social Issues, Master Global Management of Social Issues, and Research Master ‘Individuals in Context’ of the Tilburg School of Social and Behavioral Sciences (TSB). The tasks of the lecturer in the current vacancy is to teach, both in Dutch and in English, in the field of organization studies in general and in organization theory, strategy, and organizational research methods in particular. This comprises giving lectures as well as working groups in the Bachelor Organisatiewetenschappen and the Master Organization Studies, and thesis supervision.

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague with an academic background in one of the fields of organization sciences (such as management, social/technical business administration, labor and organization sociology). We prefer candidates holding a doctor’s degree and having experience in academic education.

• You have demonstrable experience in and affinity with organization science education;
• You are a team player, who is used to working in a multi-disciplinary environment;
• You can teach at an academic level in both Dutch and English.
