Division of Human Nutrition
Our mission is to improve health by better nutrition. The Division aims to achieve this by carrying out top-level research at the following levels: in cell systems at the molecular level, controlled dietary interventions at the individual level, observational studies at the population level. These fields of research are in line with the research lines of the five chairs Nutrition, Metabolism and Genomics; Nutrition and Disease; Nutrition and Health over the Lifecourse; Nutrition and Pharmacology; Sensory Science and Eating Behaviour.
