Job responsibilities are twofold. On the one hand, she/he is responsible for outside-in analyses and development of new propositions for our executive programme MaastrichtMBA. This includes activities online on our web site and social media channels but also off-line at MBA fairs and the organization of network events. On the other hand, the programme manager is also responsible for creating a community among participants and faculty of the school’s executive MBA programmes by building bridges between management professionals and management scholars. The programme manager works closely together with Marketing and Communication Team of UMIO, the home of the MaastrichtMBA. She/he can draw on the specific marketing resources of UMIO

The required candidate is an ambitious professional who has the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitude to work independently but also as part of a dedicated team on marketing & communications projects. The candidate:
completed a bachelor (HBO/WO) in marketing, communications or a related field;
2-3 years of work experience in related positions are a pre;
has a strong affinity with higher education and especially executive education;
has excellent communication skills (writing/speaking) in English and Dutch;
likes to organise and host events;
likes to interact with our external environment;
is very organised and keen to detail even under pressure
Fixed-term contract: 1 year.
We offer
- a contract for a period of 12 months, after which an extension is intended
- a gross salary (between € 2.763 and € 3.796 on a fulltime basis in scale 9)
