You will be responsible for the research activities concerning the utilization of digital embedded instruments for aging and performance monitoring of SoCs, such as delay monitors. This includes, but not limited to:
You will report on your research in scientific papers in international journals and conferences, as well as in HADES technical reports.
As the University of Twente is giving a special focus and support for entrepreneurship and research valorization, you are also expected to investigate possible commercialization of the research outcome.
You have a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in digital nanoelectronics and associated tools, and preferably some industrial experience.
Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following topics are valued: on-chip measurement circuits, nanotechnology reliability issues, machine learning, test standards (IEEE 1687 and 1149.1). Team working skills are essential. An interest in entrepreneurship is also appreciated.
As an excellent researcher we expect you to be inventive and result oriented. You are a conceptual thinker and need good collaboration and communication skills. You keep yourself updated on the latest developments in your field of expertise and you stay in touch with your network.

As a postdoc researcher, you will be offered an employment contract for the duration of the HADES project (end date 30-9-2020). Your gross monthly salary can vary, starting from € 3.173,- depending on your background and relevant experience.
