The position is part of the project “Consequences of structural breaks on statistical inference with long memory processes”, sponsored by the German Research Foundation (DFG). It is carried out jointly with the Institute of Statistics at Leibniz University Hannover.

The project aims at examining statistical tests for structural change when the time series of interest display long memory.
