We offer a tenure track position (0.8 - 1.0 FTE) for five years in an international working environment. The position will be subject to a mid-term evaluation after approximately 2.5 years and a final evaluation after five years. If evaluations are positive, the position becomes permanent. The criteria to be met and the details of the track will be mutually agreed upon before the appointment, but must include proven success in research and education. The tenure track position Earth System Modelling will be filled at the assistant/associate professor level.
The gross salary - depending on previous qualifications and experience - ranges between €3,225 and €6,738 (scale 10-14 according to the Collective Labour Agreement Dutch Universities) per month for a full-time employment. Salaries are supplemented with a holiday bonus of 8% and a year-end bonus of 8.3% per year.
