We are looking for an enthusiastic, take-charge professional that will act as the binding factor for the Department of Educational Research and Development at the School of Business and Economics. You will act as secretarial and administrative assistant for the head of the Department, other members of the department and the SBE Learning Academy.

You are accurate, pro-active, flexible, service-oriented and well-organized. You have excellent writing and verbal communication skills and can interact with a variety of people ranging from support staff to academic staff members to students. You are flexible and capable of multi-tasking. We expect you to be eager to learn and to be result-orientated. We are looking for a colleague with a positive and upbeat personality, who also fulfils the following requirements.
Fixed-term contract: We offer a 2 year fixed-term employment contract (0.8 fte) as a secretary. Intended start date is 1 August 2021. Depending on the development of the performance, an extension of the employment contract is possible.
Salary is competitive, depending on qualifications and work experience. The salary will be set in salary scale 7 of the collective labour agreement of the Dutch Universities (expected minimum € 2.329,- and maximum € 3.144,-) for a full-time job (38 hours/week). On top of this, there is an 8% holiday and an 8.3% year-end allowance.
