At the Education Institute (EdIn), we are looking for a Bachelor’s Programmes Director. This Director is a member of the Management Team of the Education Institute and oversees the coordination and administration of all aspects of the Bachelor’s programmes, including developing, planning, organizing and controlling the activities. The Bachelor’s Programmes Director is the link between de Bachelor’s Programmes Leaders and the Education Institute, in terms of content, quality assurance and organisation. In that capacity the Bachelor’s Programmes Director presides the Bachelor Education Team and is responsible for achieving the goals and targets specifically for Bachelor programmes. For instance with regard to the student inflow and translating the goals for Sustainability, Diversity and Globalisation into guidelines for the programme portfolio and content development. The Bachelor’s Programmes Director is accountable to the Scientific Director of the Education Institute, who is in turn accountable to the SBE Board.
Fixed-term contract: 3 years, with an option to extend.
The Bachelor Programmes Director will be appointed for three years (with the possibility of extending the term once) and formally starts as soon as possible but no later than 1 November 2021. If possible, there will be a period of transferring and onboarding in the months before.
