As our Junior Content Specialist, online content and social media have no secrets for you. You are adventurous and want to show our followers what is going on in and around Utrecht University. Most importantly, you have the skills to recognize and tell a story that appeals to a target audience.

Your aim is to show our followers what exactly makes Utrecht University a distinguished university, who our students and employees truly are and how they strive to make a difference every day. Needless to say: a proactive attitude is a must.

What's more:

• you know how to work in Canva (experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus);
• you know how to film and how to edit videos (experience with Adobe Premiere is a plus);
• you follow all social media trends and you know Instagram inside out;
• you have good social skills. During a photo shoot or interview you know how to put people at ease;
• you are organized and know how to prioritize;
• you have a high sense of responsibility;
• you are fluent in English;
• you recently graduated (from Utrecht University is a plus).

We offer a 1-year contract (0.8 FTE) via TopSelect, for 32 hours per week. The gross salary is €2,367 (scale 7/0 according to the Collective Labour Agreement Dutch Universities) per month for a full-time employment.

You will become part of the Marketing team within the Communications and Marketing Office, responsible for the communication with prospective national and international students for Utrecht University’s full-degree programmes.
