The Erasmian Leadership Development programme is a special unit within the HR strategy team. Our purpose is create, inspire, and facilitate new Erasmian leadership within the university. To do this, we will build communities of leaders who will actively learn together, challenge one another, and continuously work to improve their leadership. These communities will carry out the EUR mission of creating positive societal impact whilst also ensuring employees have a great place to work.

You have a great way of connecting with different stakeholders and bringing people together in the pursuit of common goals. You are able to manage multiple events and projects at the same time. We offer an internationally oriented and varied job in an enthusiastic team, with good terms of employment in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities (CAO NU).
The employment contract is for the period of 12 months for 0.8 - 1.0 FTE. Thereafter there is a possibility for extension. The salary depends on your knowledge and experience and for a full-time appointment amounts to between € 2.960,- and € 4.670,- gross per month (scale 10, CAO NU). The EUR has attractive terms of employment, including 8% vacation pay, a year-end bonus of 8.3% and a very generous leave scheme. Furthermore, the EUR is affiliated with ABP for pension provision, and we offer partially paid parental leave. Employees can also make use of EUR facilities, such as the Training and Development Platform (TOP), the Erasmus Sports Center and the University Library. Internal candidates enjoy a preferential position over external candidates.
