Job description

Reporting to the Programme Director, this is an exciting opportunity to join a professional, active, and friendly team.

As a Programme Coordinator reporting to the Programme Director, you will play an integral role in our professional, dynamic, and welcoming team. You will lead the coordination of the MCC programme, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of the courses throughout the academic year, which include regular executive courses, webinars, and customized in-company offerings. Courses may be held on-campus, online, or offsite, and generally range from one to four days in duration.

We expect you to deliver executive courses with exceptional quality and proactively enhance processes and procedures for an improved student experience. Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach are essential, along with the ability to balance multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively. Your commitment to providing top-notch support and smooth operational course delivery is crucial.

Among other things your tasks will be to:

  • Acting as the primary contact for faculty, students, team members, and other internal and external partners and stakeholders regarding the programme, addressing and resolving any questions, issues, or concerns.
  • Independently coordinating activities for on-campus, online, or offsite courses, including preparation of class materials, instructor support, class set-up, and post-class evaluations.
  • Performing routine administrative tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, such as processing course applications, updating the CRM database, and managing email and phone correspondence.
  • Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure the highest quality delivery of executive courses.

Requirements

  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and create conditions for efficient work completion.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency with word-processing and database systems.
  • A team player who is adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment.
  • Solution-focused, assertive, and persistent in seeking answers and resolving problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1).
  • A minimum of an HBO or academic bachelor’s degree.
  • Alternatively, a completed senior secondary vocational education (MBO) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Zoom/Microsoft Teams and/or OSIRIS is a plus.

Conditions of employment

Fixed-term contract: one year contract, with the prospect of extended employment.

An exciting and challenging position within a small team, and depending on your experience, a competitive salary from a minimum of €3.098,- to a maximum of €4.670,- for a full working week of 38 hours in accordance with the CAO VSNU.

 We offer a temporary contract of 0.8- fte for 12 months. Depending on performance, an extension and accordingly a permanent contract can be offered.
