Job description

To support the data processing of the Healthy Brain Study, we are looking for a motivated data manager. The Healthy Brain Study is a Radboud Campus project that acquired massive multi-modal data from nearly 1000 healthy individuals in their 30s. The position will support in data cleaning, processing, quality assurance as well as in making data ready to be issued to researchers, issuing of data and reintegration of processed variables from researchers into the Healthy Brain repository. You will work in a dedicated data management team housed at the CNS department of the Radboudumc and closely collaborate with data management initiates at the Radboud Campus.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate has a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related fields. For this position good skills in programming with Python and experience with UNIX are required. Experience with data analysis or processing of multi-modal data, cluster computing experience with research into human behaviour and health are beneficial.

Furthermore, you are a team player and willing to work with multi-modal big data samples.

Fixed-term contract: 1 year.

The CNS department is involved in teaching for different master and bachelor programmes at the Radboud University and Radboud University Medical Center. The Healthy Brain Study is a campus project of which the data management task is for 2024 delegated to the CNS department. It is envisioned that long term data management will be taken over by campus initiatives.
